The day is finally here! Today is the day I set out on my journey of thru-hiking the Appalachian trail. After just over a year of planning and countless nights of lost sleep, because I was debating whether to wear boots or wear trail runners, and it is finally here. I'm so shocked and surprised time flew by. I'm more excited then ever.
Well I just hiked up the dreadful 604 stairs up the approach trail at amicolola falls state park. I'm officially on my way!!!
